Saligang Batas at Punong Kinatawan

primarily focuses on the supporters of the Malolos Constitution. It has a glass display with the names of the Malolos Constitution's supporters on it. 

Along with Pedro Paterno, Cayetano Arellano, and Felipe Calderon, who co-drafted the constitution, there are bust statues of them as well. The Malolos Constitution is credited to Calderon as its father.

This statue of La Republica Filipina is also located there. The identical sculpture is visible in the Aguinaldo Shrine.
