The second gallery is entitled “Watawat ng Kalayaan” that narrates the events that occurred during the Pact of Biak-na-Bato until the declaration of Philippine independence

There are also some information boards regarding the Spain and American War that occur in 1898 and at the side of the first and former President Emilio Aguinaldo.

The miniature relief diorama portraying the 1898 Declaration of Philippine Independence made in Kawit, Cavite, is one of the gallery's attractions.

The diorama has two groups of significant things linked to the historic proclamation. The first document is the Acta de la Proclamación de Independencia del Pueblo Filipino, which includes signatures from 98 delegates.

It also includes a copy of Julian Felipe's Himno Nacional Pilipino. Aguinaldo tasked Felipe with organizing a march for the revolutionaries. This is just a march, and it won't be sung until Jose Palma's poem "Filipinas" exactly matches the melody. Palma's original Spanish lyrics were translated into English and Tagalog.

This part is also have numerous minitures that is also connected

on the happening on the Declaration of Philippines Independence.
